Meaning: Extend your hand to your big toe.

How to get in and out of this pose:
1. Come to Tadasana. Center yourself, root down to the ground. Press all corners of your feet into the ground and breathe.
2. Put your arm into your thigh and lift your knee. Reach your hand around your leg and grab onto the outside of your foot.
3. Extend your leg forward and up. You should still be steady and your leg should be straight. Breathe.
4. Turn your leg out to the side as demonstrated in pictures.
5. Breathe for 30 more seconds and then bring your leg back down swiftly, back into Tadasana.
6. Repeat to the other side/other leg.

How I feel in this asana: I feel mentally aware in this asana. Although it is not relaxing for me at all, it is a good pose to practice, as it can improve flexibility and balance if done right.
